Curried Tuna Steaks
2 tuna steaks
Mix together thoroughly:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp tandori masala powder
1 tsp red curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic paste (or finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger paste (half as much if powdered)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Cover tuna steaks with marinade and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
Broil 10 minutes on each side or until done.
1/2 pound fiddleheads (fresh string beans can substitute)
3 cloves garlic
1 small yellow onion
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Chop onions and garlic finely.
Saute in butter and olive oil until tender.
Add fiddleheads and sauté for five minutes then add soy sauce.
Mix up and cover.
Steam until done stirring occasional.
